This notice explains information handled by the website of Pandit Manoj Kumar Mishra. For privacy questions or requests, email mishra@panditmanojkumarmishra.com. Please do not send passwords, card details or OTPs.

Accounts and saved addresses

We use your name, email, password hash, optional contact/profile details and verification records to manage your account. Passwords are stored as hashes. Google sign-in, when chosen, supplies account identity details for authentication. Saved delivery addresses, phone numbers and optional map coordinates help fulfil orders. You can manage saved addresses in your account. Removing a saved address does not remove the address recorded for an existing order.

Requests, chat and callbacks

Enquiries and puja requests contain details you submit so we can respond, check availability and arrange services. Private chat messages and callback numbers are encrypted in the application database. Consultation maintenance removes stored chat messages and session callback copies 30 days after a session ends; account contact details and payment records are separate. Normal phone callbacks are not recorded by this website. Our automated website guide keeps its messages in the current browser tab.

Photos and feedback

Uploaded palm and review photos are checked and re-encoded, removing original filenames and image metadata. Palm photos are sent privately to the team by email; the application queue deletes its photo copies after successful email delivery. Email copies can remain in the recipient mailbox. Visitor reviews and their photos are moderated before public display. Product feedback is private and is not automatically published as a testimonial.

Orders, payments and service providers

We keep order items, delivery details, payment references, fulfilment updates and refund records to provide services, resolve problems and maintain transaction records. Razorpay handles the payment window; this website does not request your card PIN, banking password or OTP. Hosting and email providers process data required to operate the service. Choosing Google sign-in, opening Google Maps, or using Razorpay also involves those providers and their own privacy practices.

Cookies, browser storage and analytics

Essential session cookies support sign-in, security and checkout. A remember-me token is used if you choose that option. Browser storage also saves interface preferences. Signed-in activity stores the latest account activity time, sampled up to once every five minutes, for private aggregate admin statistics; it is not a browsing history.

Optional Google Analytics helps us understand public-page use only after you allow it. It may process cookie/device identifiers and technical usage data. We exclude account, login, checkout, private booking and admin pages and remove URL queries/fragments from analytics page locations. We do not intentionally send form contents or private messages to Analytics. You may change your choice below. Blocking future collection does not delete data already received by Google. Existing analytics cookies may remain until removed in your browser settings.

Retention, security and your choices

Encrypted delivery-queue payloads are removed after successful delivery, but emails and business records may remain. Accounts, addresses, order/booking records, reviews and operational logs have separate purposes and are not all subject to the 30-day chat cleanup. We have not set one universal automatic deletion period. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; identity checks and necessary transaction/security record retention may apply. We restrict admin access and use HTTPS, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Backups may retain earlier copies until their retention cycle ends.

Hosting access/security logs may include IP addresses, request times and browser information. We use security controls and rate limits to protect accounts.

We will update this page when the site's data practices change. Ask us before submitting sensitive details that are unnecessary for your request.
