Private chat messages and callback numbers are retained for up to 30 days after the session, then deleted. Payment and refund records are retained separately. Please do not share passwords, card details or OTPs.

Before your conversation
Connection & unused time
Both people confirm connection before billing starts. End at any time to request the unused amount back. If no connection starts within 3 minutes after payment, the full amount is queued for refund. Website chat ends if connection checks stop for 30 seconds; uncertain disconnected time is not billed.
Refunds to your payment method
Unused time is queued for an automatic Razorpay refund to the original payment method. The page shows queued, pending or processed status; a request is not proof that your bank has credited it. Bank and payment-method processing times vary. If a refund needs attention, contact us with your session reference.
Phone callbacks
Pandit Ji calls your saved contact number. Keep your timer page accessible, confirm only after the call connects, and press End session after hanging up. A normal phone call cannot be monitored or disconnected by this website; both participants must end it manually at the time limit. No audio recording is made by the website.
